Adminstrative & HR Assistant

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources and Administration functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating administrative activities, and contributing to a well-organized, productive workplace. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding, personnel administration, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, office administration, and general HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Working closely with the Administration team and cross-functional departments, the HR & Administrative Assistant will help maintain smooth daily operations and provide timely support across both HR and administrative functions.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a combined HR & Administrative support role. - Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or other operationally intensive organizations is preferred. - Moderate knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR processes, and administrative best practices. - Familiarity with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and personnel records. - Experience providing day-to-day administrative support, including office coordination, document management, and supplier or service provider follow-up. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and service-oriented approach. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality when handling employee information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Odoo or another HRIS/ERP system is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
