The Website is operated by Healthy Foods Egypt, a manufacturer registered in Egypt. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Healthy Foods Egypt.

The Website is intended for business-to-business audiences: food manufacturers, processors, importers, distributors, and private-label partners evaluating Egyptian dehydrated vegetables, herbs, and spices. Nothing on the Website is intended for consumer purchase. We do not ship retail quantities and do not enter into consumer transactions through the Website.

You may view, download, and print Website content for internal evaluation, audit, and procurement purposes. You may not:

• Republish, redistribute, or sell our content or specification documents without prior written permission.
• Use scrapers, bots, or other automated tools that place undue load on the Website or attempt to bypass our rate limiting.
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use third-party identities without authorisation.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Website or its underlying systems.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, specification sheets, and photography on the Website are the property of Healthy Foods Egypt or our licensors and are protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property law. Use of the Healthy Foods Egypt name, ribbon logo, or "EGYPT" mark requires our written consent.

Submitting a quote, sample, contact, or career application form is not a contract. It is an enquiry. A binding supply relationship is created only by a separately negotiated and executed purchase order or supply agreement governed by its own Incoterm and commercial terms.

Pricing, lead times, certifications applicable to a specific lot, and packaging configurations are confirmed in writing at quote stage. Information on the Website is indicative.

Specifications, certification listings, and other product information are stated in good faith and reflect typical operating parameters. Lot-specific certificates of analysis (CoA) and certificate copies accompany each shipment under a supply agreement. Where Website content and a lot-specific CoA differ, the CoA prevails.

The Website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We use reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but we make no warranty that the Website is free of errors, omissions, or interruption. Reliance on Website content in lieu of a written quote is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Healthy Foods Egypt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Liability arising directly from defects in goods we supply is governed by the supply agreement covering those goods, not by these Website terms.

The Website may link to third-party sites: certification bodies, trade associations, customer references, our LinkedIn presence. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes arising from your use of the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts. Supply contracts may specify a different governing law and dispute-resolution forum, in which case that agreement prevails for disputes about the underlying transaction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
