Cutting & Granulation
Our cutting and granulation section comprises 3 distinct operational lines, each engineered for a specific output profile.
The cutting line produces chopped and minced products in client-specified cut sizes. The granulation line produces granules and ground products. The milling line, fitted with a dedicated cooling system to protect aromatic and heat-sensitive products, produces powdered output.
All 3 lines feed directly into the metal-detection and packaging stations. Cut sizes outside our standard SKU matrix are accommodated on request: speak to sales at quote stage.
Equipment
3-line layout: cutting (18 MT/day), granulation (12 MT/day), milling with cooling (15 MT/day). All food-contact surfaces in stainless steel type 304.
Packaging From This Line
Output is bar-coded at packaging for inventory traceability and routed to the humidity-controlled warehouse for cold-chain storage prior to dispatch.
