We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through:

• Lead capture forms: Request Quote, Request a Sample, Contact, Newsletter, and Career Application. We collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, company, role, and the body of your request).
• Career applications: additionally, your CV (PDF or DOCX), optional cover letter, and optional LinkedIn URL.
• Analytics: if you consent, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pageviews, referrer, broad geolocation).
• Technical logs: IP address (hashed before storage), user agent, and request timing, retained for security and abuse prevention.

We process your data on the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6):

• Legitimate interest: responding to your enquiry, evaluating your application, preventing abuse on our forms.
• Consent: newsletter subscription, analytics cookies, marketing communications.
• Contractual necessity: fulfilling supply, sampling, and employment relationships.

Lead form submissions are retained for up to 36 months from last contact, after which they are anonymised or deleted unless an active supply relationship is in place. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Career applications are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers acting on our instructions: email delivery (SMTP relay), abuse prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile), and analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, when consent is granted).
• Regulatory authorities and law enforcement where required by law.
• Successors in the event of merger or acquisition (subject to the same protections).

As an Egyptian exporter, we communicate with buyers globally. Data may be transferred to recipients in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area. Where transfers occur, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

We protect personal data using HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords for any user account, role-based access controls inside our admin systems, and nightly encrypted backups with off-site retention. CV uploads are stored outside the public webroot and served only via authenticated routes.
