Herbs & Spices Processing
Our dedicated herbs and spices line processes leafy herbs, ground spices, and aromatic seeds. The line is fully automated end-to-end and built around a sieving, cylinder, and gravity-separator system from Allagier (Germany), followed by integrated metal detection.
Sterilisation is offered in 3 modes: ethylene oxide (ETO) treatment, saturated-steam treatment, and irradiation (IRR). Mode selection is governed by the destination market's regulatory framework and the customer's specification.
Available cut sizes vary by product: herbs ship in conventional cut or as fine powder, aromatic seeds ship whole or ground. Custom cuts are accommodated at quote stage.

Packaging From This Line
Herbs and spices are packed in multi-walled paper bags as standard. Powdered output is sealed in air-tight blue polyethylene bags inside strong export carton boxes.
