Hygiene & Quality Control
Quality control begins at the facility envelope. Door closers are installed on all doors and insect screens on all windows; pest-control protocols are conducted on a periodic schedule with documented sign-off. Pure drinking water and dedicated sanitation facilities are arranged outside the production envelope to keep production zones uncontaminated.
Worker PPE, including gloves, caps, aprons, and masks, is issued, audited, and replaced on documented intervals. Materials are accepted into production only against a satisfactory quality control report on receipt; any material outside specification is rejected at the dock.
Hygiene compliance is reviewed continuously and revised against international food safety standards.
