Our in-house laboratory analyses every lot before release and is cross-validated by external accredited laboratories for periodic confirmation.
Standard analytical scope includes: particle size, bulk density, total moisture, water activity, metal and magnet response, pesticide residues, heavy metal content, and the full microbiological profile. Cleanliness audits are conducted alongside lot release.
Pesticides and heavy metals are tested against EU legislation. Microbiological commitments per 25 g are documented on every product specification sheet.
