Export Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Logistics Specialist to manage the day-to-day export logistics operations at our Beni Suef factory. This role is primarily factory-based and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of export shipments from the factory, from shipment preparation and loading through transportation and final dispatch. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities within the factory, including shipment planning, loading arrangements, warehouse coordination, transport scheduling, export documentation, and follow-up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers. The role requires close coordination with the Factory, Warehouse, Export Sales, and HQ teams to ensure that export orders are properly prepared, dispatched on schedule, and handled in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. This position is based at our Beni Suef factory, and preference will be given to candidates residing in Beni Suef or the surrounding areas.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 2–5+ years of proven experience in export logistics or a similar role. - Coordinate daily export logistics activities at the Beni Suef factory, ensuring shipments are prepared and executed according to the required schedule. - Coordinate the collection of samples required by Food Safety and Agricultural Quarantine authorities and follow up on the related testing, inspection, and results. - Monitor export container status and coordinate container arrival, availability, and readiness for loading according to the shipment schedule. - Verify container labels, stickers, markings, and shipment information to ensure compliance with customer and export requirements. - Coordinate and supervise the container stuffing and loading process, ensuring proper handling and loading of products. - Verify the Packing List against the actual products loaded, including quantities, product specifications, batch/lot numbers, packaging, and other shipment details. - Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Quality, Production, Transportation, Export, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution. - Identify and immediately report any discrepancies or issues related to sampling, inspection, containers, labeling, loading, documentation, or shipment preparation. - Follow up on operational issues that may affect shipment timelines and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sampling, inspection results, container movements, loading activities, and shipment documentation. - Ensure all export logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, food safety requirements, Agricultural Quarantine regulations, and customer specifications.
