About The Role

As an Export Manager, you will lead the international commercial activities for our portfolio of herbs & spices sector, driving sustainable business growth across global markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expanding our international customer base, and managing strategic relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts. By leveraging market insights and a strong commercial approach, you will strengthen the company's global presence while achieving ambitious sales and profitability objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee the successful execution of export operations, ensuring seamless coordination from customer acquisition through order fulfillment. You will monitor global market trends, evaluate competitive activity, represent the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings, and contribute to the continuous expansion of our export business. This role requires a commercially driven leader with extensive export experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to grow international markets within the food ingredients industry.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. - 3 - 5 years of experience in export sales, including experience managing international markets or geographic territories. - Experience in the food manufacturing, ingredients, or FMCG industry is preferred. - Strong understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and Incoterms. - Proven ability to develop new markets, manage distributor networks, and achieve regional sales targets. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities. - Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. - Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
