Export Sales Specialist

About The Role
As an Export Sales Specialist, you will support the growth of our international business by developing relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing export accounts across global markets. You will handle the day-to-day sales process, from responding to inquiries and preparing quotations to negotiating commercial terms, following up on orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with production, logistics, and customer service teams, you will help ensure the smooth execution of export orders while maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the process. You will also monitor market trends, support business development initiatives, participate in international trade exhibitions when required, and contribute to achieving the company's export sales objectives through proactive account management and consistent commercial performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and Incoterms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
