HR & Admin Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and develop our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and supports high-performing talent while maintaining efficient workplace operations. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, strengthening organizational policies, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, compliance with labor regulations, and all administrative operations. Working closely with senior leadership, the HR & Administration Manager will implement best practices, optimize internal processes, and ensure the organization operates efficiently while supporting continued business growth.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities. - Proven HR management experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or other operationally intensive organizations. - Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices. - Demonstrated expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and succession planning. - Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and workforce planning. - Proven experience overseeing administrative operations, office management, facilities, and corporate support services. - Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. - Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
